Wax On

Modern classics are the backbone at Wax On, tuned with serious prep but served with neighborhood ease on Weserstraße in Neukölln. Founder Sam Orrock brings a Scout shaped precision, using tools like a rotary evaporator and centrifuge to build a short menu of bright highballs and spirit forward cocktails that stay clean and direct. They also hosted a lot of very interesting international guest shifts as one of the very few bars in Berlin.
